VANS U.S. Open of Surfing Social Q&A

GOAL:

Vans wanted to engage fans around the world and connect them with pro-surfers during the U.S. Open of Surfing.

SOLUTION:

Telescope powered a live fan Q&A utilizing it’s Sociable Q&A product. Leading up to and during the live Q&A session, fans submitted questions directly within the experience, as well as through Twitter (using hashtags) & Facebook (comments). The surfers answered select questions in real-time, interacting with fans from all around the world.

RESULTS:

Surfers were able to answer over 90 questions each within a one-hour window. Hundreds of fan questions were moderated through Telescope’s product.
