Q1. What is your earliest memory of working for Telescope?
A1. I remember a lot of things from the first few years but something that really sticks and has stayed true has been the team mentality at Telescope. No matter who you are or what your job is, everyone pitches in and wants to help get it over the finish line. It has been like that since day one for me when we were 18 people, and it hasn’t changed.
Q2. What do you like most about your job?
A2. I love the people I work with. Before Covid-19, you probably saw your co-workers more than you saw your family so you have to enjoy the people you are surrounding yourself with on a daily basis.
Q3. What was your first job?
A3. I worked at the pool at a kids camp in high school.
Q4. What did you want to be when you grew up?
A4. A backup dancer.
Q5. If you won the lottery, what would be the first thing you would purchase?
A5. A lot of flights. I love to travel so I would want to get out and explore more of the world with my family.
Q6. What’s your favorite song right now?
A6. Music is constantly playing in my house, so it is hard to pick a favorite. I will say, “Not” by Big Thief was the latest song I had on repeat for weeks.
Q7. What is your favorite thing to do on the weekend?
A7. I love to go on hikes and explore California with my husband, daughter, and German shepherd. I’m a big runner and I love to cook. My perfect Friday night would be going out for a fun dinner with friends followed by a concert.
Q8. What is the best advice you’ve ever received?
A8. Right before I graduated college my dad told me that I have to assume that everyone in the world is going out there and giving 100%. If I want to succeed and get ahead, I have always give 150% in everything I do. I try to always keep that in the back of my mind.
Q9. If you could have one superpower, what would it be?
A9. I’d love to be able to teleport so I could cut down on travel time.
Q10. What app or piece of tech can’t you live without?
A10. My iphone and airpods.
