Q1: What is your earliest memory of working for Telescope?

A: My friend and our former CRO Israel asked for my resume because Telescope was hiring for a Project Manager. I interviewed with Theresa first (got good vibes about the company) and later with Ori (he quizzed me on how SMS worked, I passed with flying colors, lol). My first official memory as an employee was my introduction to “Ops Corner”. I joined Deanna (awesome to have her back!), Adriana, and Ashley (two other old school Telescopers) as the 4th PM and employee #12. It wasn’t long until “Ops Corner” was rocking out to 80s music on Friday afternoons (Eddie Money’s Two Tickets to Paradise, anyone?), and I knew Telescope was for me!

Q2.  What do you like most about your job?

A: The opportunity to work with so many truly excellent partners and clients on such innovative campaigns, collaborating with super smart and fun loving team members, and most notably for me, the ability to constantly evolve along with the shifts in both technology and market needs.

Q3: What was your first job?

A: Working summers at my dad’s CNC machine shop, where I learned a new appreciation of hard work, the need for precision, and exactly how sharp machine cut metal is, haha.

Q4:  What did you want to be when you grew up?

A: My very first career aspiration was to be a Paleontologist. I LOVED Dinosaurs and could rattle off a whole list of different species and characteristics. When I discovered there was a job that let you dig up ancient Dinosaur bones and study them, I was sold.

Q5: If you won the lottery, what would be the first thing you would purchase?

A: An open ended round-the-world trip for my whole extended family. There is far too much of the world to see without enough time to see it, and I’d love to have family on the journey.

Q6:  What’s your favorite song right now?

A: As a “Papa” of a 3 year old daughter, the current hottest song on the charts for me is a Mandarin Papa song that she learned at school. :)

Q7:  What is your favorite thing to do on the weekend?

Taking my camper van out for a family camping trip to one of the many amazing parks
here in CA.

Q8:  What is the best advice you’ve ever received?

A: Never stop learning.

Q9:  If you could have one superpower, what would it be?

A: I’ve come to realize the most limited resource is time, so for me it would be the ability to manipulate time, specifically to slow down time, speed up time, travel to different points in time.

Q10: What app or piece of tech can’t you live without?

A: My iPhone, too many things connected to it, but I will say that certain camping trips where there is no reception are a welcome opportunity to unplug for a couple days!
