Nike and R/GA wanted a way for Kobe Bryant to answer fan questions around Mamba
Mentality, Kobe’s personal and professional motto, as well as the release of
his brand-new shoe. This was an engaging way to bring Kobe Bryant to his fans
as well as promote the release of the shoe.
Telescope’s Live Studio platform scheduled the live stream in advance notifying Kobe’s Facebook followers to send in questions for Kobe to answer. Comments were available prior to the live stream for brand approval and Telescope’s simple moderation tool in our Live Studio platform allowed brand managers to approve comments on the fly as well. Telescope also provided full production services to turn a simple live stream into a professional way to connect with fans and promote his new shoe.
