The #SweetestPromEver live stream, hosted by Chips Ahoy! and Sour Patch Kids, streamed to Twitter, Instagram and Youtube to give teenagers a virtual prom to remember with help from Telescope's remote production services and world renowned DJ, Steve Aoki.
Chips Ahoy! And Sour Patch Kids partnered with Telescope to host the #SweetestPromEver live stream to reward teenagers who could not attend prom due to COVID-19. The talented and world-renowned DJ, Steve Aoki, performed his live sets alongside lucky teenagers who were awarded access to a private chat room by entering the #SweetestPromEver sweepstakes through Twitter. The grand prize winner was brought into the live stream where she was interviewed by Steve Aoki himself and additionally gifted a prom redo once social distancing orders come to an end.
Telescope managed full remote production and sent a production kit to Steve Aoki’s residence for the live stream. The private Zoom conference for attendees was also set up and managed by the Telescope team where lucky #SweetestPromEver sweepstakes winners were brought in and were able to dance the night away with Steve Aoki and other teenagers. Additionally custom graphics, AR animated graphics to green screen, multiple branded logos and interstitial were created by our team which helped create a unique virtual event to remember.
