The annual TSMC conference pivoted to an exclusive virtual event for the first time in history for all four regions utilizing Telescope's Virtual Event Hub product.

OVERVIEW

For the first time in 26 years, the annual TSMC Technology Symposium and OIP Ecosystem Forum had to pivot from an in-person conference to a virtual event due to COVID-19. In an effort to make this significant shift, TSMC turned to Telescope and utilized our Virtual Event Hub product to power their exclusive virtual conference for all four regions including North America, Japan, Taiwan, and Europe. Thousands of attendees from all around the world had the ability to watch keynote speakers live, view additional on demand content, learn about various partners' technology and products via Partner Pavilion page, and interact with partners during the live chat window all from the safety of their homes.

HOW IT WORKED

Separate sites were built for each of the four regions with a requirement of a unique code to log in, ensuring exclusivity of the conference. Once users logged in, they had to ability to navigate through the Technology Symposium and OIP Ecosystem Forum pages and watch livestreams of keynote speakers as well as on demand content from additional featured speakers. In depth speaker bios were also provided to give attendees further insight and understanding of the presentations. The Partner Pavilion page showcased various partners and allowed users to seamlessly click into each partner page to learn more about their company and their technology. Live chats were also easily accessible via the Partner Pavilion page where attendees could ask questions and learn more about a partner in real-time.
