We are very excited to announce that Team Telescope has been nominated for a Webby Award for our work with ACLU for their “Stand For Rights” campaign.

The project is shortlisted in the Events & Live Streaming category, with the winner being decided by the public vote.

As the leader in Live Streaming Engagement, Telescope was brought in to power “Stand for Rights”, a monumental campaign to raise funds for the ACLU. We successfully streamed the celebrity-fuelled ‘Live-a-thon’ to three different Facebook pages (Stand for Rights, Huffington Post, and Funny or Die) simultaneously.

In just 4 hours, the three streams reached millions of viewers and raised over $250k for the ACLU. Click here to learn more about this brilliant campaign and why it deserves to win.

Webby’s is the leading international award honoring excellence on the Internet. For this year’s 22nd annual award show, the public can cast their votes and pick winners up until April 19th.
