Facebook live streaming with hashtag voting
Live Studio: Using Telescope’s live streaming platform, the 2.5 hour-long event was broadcast live to the Red Bull-owned “I Love This Dance” Facebook page. The stream was tagged and shared to Red Bull Global for wider visibility. Interstitial graphics counted down to the event and the stream also integrated Telescope’s VS HASHTAG template, which allowed viewers to vote on their favorite dancers.
VS HASHTAG: Facebook Live viewers voted on their favorites by commenting with #Red or #Blue during each round, and results were displayed on screen. The Facebook Live vote results were then combined with the votes of the public at the venue to determine a winner.
